Andréa St. Germain
Andréa is a dedicated early childhood educator who values Reggio-inspired practices and emphasizes the significance of continuous professional development and workshops in her approach. With a background spanning five years as a program director and three years as an owner and operator, she brings a wealth of practical experience to her work.
In 2018, Andréa graduated from the University of Victoria's Child and Youth Care program, specializing in Early Years education. Through completion of this program, she has broadened her understanding of early childhood development and solidified her belief in the importance of professional growth and the transformative power of workshops and training.
Her commitment to the principles of Reggio-inspired practices, combined with her dedication to ongoing professional development, positions Andréa as a passionate advocate for quality early childhood education. She firmly believes that staying current with best practices through workshops and continuous learning is integral to providing the best possible educational experiences for children.
One of Andréa's core beliefs is that workshops should be fun and educational. She understands that the most effective learning occurs when participants are engaged and excited about the content.
